Jaw Breaker for beef

Our frequency regulated turntable enables you to easily remove the jaw from the head.

  • Minimal rotational speed
  • The jaws are automatically discharged through a chute
  • The jaw puller is equipped with a safety cord

Automatic separation of the jaw from the skull

Separating the jaw from the skull is made easy with the jaw breaker. The machine has a rotating turntable on which three heads can be fixated.


By means of a stop the jaws are automatically removed from the skull and removed via a chute. The speed of the turntable is frequency regulated.
