Dennis Gallagher
President
Education: B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell
Dennis joined Fortifi with 28 years of experience in industrial automation, including 19 years with Danaher industrial automation businesses Kollmorgen and Dover. He leads Frontmatec’s business operations and development, and contributes to Fortifi’s overall executive guidance.
During his time at Danaher, Dennis held senior commercial and general management roles. He began his career in engineering, operations and sales positions with Pacific Scientific.
Thomas Nybo Stenager

Appointed CFO at Frontmatec, October 2017 with responsibility for Finance, IT and legal affairs.
Before joining Frontmatec, Thomas worked as Group CFO at Micro Matic (2016 to 2017) and from 2011 to 2016 as CFO and Vice President at Fertin Pharma and Gumlink. Prior to that Thomas held leading positions in finance at Tvilum – Masco Corporation, LEGO and as auditor at PwC.
Kurt G. Andersen

Appointed CBDO at Frontmatec, July 2019, with responsibility of Controls & Instruments, China and Business Development.
Before taking up the role as CBDO, Kurt was EVP of Controls & Instruments at Frontmatec. Prior to that Kurt was the CEO at Frontmatec (2009 to 2016) – one of the first merged companies behind the Frontmatec Group (Frontmatec was implemented as the company name for the continuing Group). Before Frontmatec Kurt held several positions in Grundfos 1998 – 2009, both in Denmark and abroad, latest as Segment Director.
Esben Harding Boisen

Education: MSc Supply Chain Management - Copenhagen Business School
Appointed CSO at Frontmatec Group, March 2021 with responsibility for strategy development and execution, ESG, and Corporate HR.
Before joining Frontmatec, Esben worked as Management Consultant for Valcon (2019-2021) and as Management Consultant for EY (2017-2019) with a focus on E2E supply chain strategy development and execution as well as IT-system development and change management. Prior to this, Esben worked at Novo Nordisk (2015-2017) where he ran LEAN process standardization and optimization projects in Product Supply.
Dany Lord
President, North America
Born: 1977
Appointed as President – North America in September 2020.
Dany joined the company in November 1999, directly after obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cegep de Limoilou in Quebec City. Beginning as a Project Manager with G.E. Leblanc, he worked his way through various roles, including Service Technician and Installation Manager, before moving on to the sales side of the business.
