Semi-automatic Primal Cutting of lamb

Frontmatec offers unique semi-automatic primal cutting equipment for splitting of lamb carcasses into shoulder, middles and legs.

All cuts are performed by circular knives, which gives clean cuts, fewer bone fragments from sawing and optimized yield without product loss. Laser marking lines/cutting lines are optional, and can secure the correct cut when splitting primal. The semi-automatic solutions can be offered as roller table arrangement or cut-and-park, where one operator performs all cuts with one knife, giving an optimum handling of the lamb carcass.
