Film wrapping for small meat cuts
For the film packing / wrapping of small products, such as loin ribs or belly ribs, we have designed the FWAL-150. The product supply is done by dropping the product into the feeding gate. Through this, the product is wrapped in plastic film, which is closely sealed around each product. When passing the sealing bar, the supply of film stops, and the film is sealed and automatically cut off.
Hereafter the product is automatically transported out of the machine on the conveyor belt. The film wrapping machine is now available with an improved security system, with optical security devices for optimal operator protection.
