Dynamic Full Tray Storage/Order Picking

Fully automatic dynamic/order-picking storage for both internal and external filled trays, based on first-in, first-out principles.

Operate with first-in, first-out principle

This type of storage operates on the first-in, first-out principle, and includes layers of conveyors next to each other, with additional layers on top of each other. Each conveyor can be dedicated to one specific product, and the trays will be accumulated in each of these. The feed of trays is handled by a crane mounted with a feeding conveyor. The crane moves in the X and Y direction.

 

The out-feed of trays is also handled by an identical crane. The system is designed to match customized capacity, product range and space conditions. An optional manual picking area for servicing orders can be included. The system is delivered with complete software solutions with all necessary storage data as an integrated part of the system.
