Handling of all customer-specified tray types
For the last part of the packing process, Frontmatec offers palletizing as both manual and automatic solutions. We design solutions for handling all customer-specified tray types or cartons. The installation consists of modular conveyor belts for horizontal transport and elevators/step elevators for vertical transport.
The belts are supplied completely in stainless steel, including stainless steel drum motors and stainless steel idler pulleys. The palletizing area can be equipped with weighing control, x-ray control of foreign bodies and so on. In combination we also offer our robot palletizing for tray stacks.
