Combined function for optimized processing

The AIRA bung dropper and aitch bone cutter consists of a combined function tool managed by a single robot. Depending on line speed, the combined function of the tool saves both space and labor compared to a manual process. During the bunging operation, while the hollow knife is inside the rectum, a circular cutting blade or fixed cutting blade (depending on customer preferences) is activated for cutting the aitch bone.

The total system consists of:

Robot with hygienic protective cover

Cutting tool attached to the robot

Suction system

Sterilization and cleaning unit

Carcass stabilization system

Vision and analysis system in every working cycle
