Replace heavy manual work with a leaf lard puller

The two key advantages with the loosening device are the replacement of heavy manual work of pulling leaf fat and the possible reduction of labor.

Furthermore, the hygiene level in dressing lines increases with the loosening device as the risk of cross contamination between carcasses is eliminated with the cold-hot-cold rinse of the tool before the next cycle. A safety device prevents the next cycle from starting until tool disinfection is completed.

The result is the improved quality of the leaf fat and diaphragm removal process in general.

The loosening device is available with the following options:

Delivery with a sterilizer for rinsing of the leaf-fat and midriff loosener after each cycle

Alternative suspension by a suspension arm
