This Frontmatec Loin Trimming machine individually measures each loin, classifies it, and the trimming is done individually. Both cross - and length wise.
The machine allows the customer to replace the cutting knife with different shapes of the cross section. This gives the customer the option to use the same machine in different products, such as bone-in loins, boneless loins or backs. For long loins with neck / chump, the machine is available in a longer version.
The individual shaped cutting knife improves the yield and reduces additional trimmings afterwards. The loin and fat rind can be supplied on separate belts, and a derinding machine can be fitted in direct connection with the machine.
