Our automatic middle splitter is designed for fully automatic cutting of pork loin/belly and ensures optimal, uniform products. The machine is designed as a right and left side machine, to handle both pork sides.
The circular knife is adjustable in angle by servo motor and the shape of the products can be programmed on the display. It also provides extra yield and large savings on labor.
The machine consists of both a left and right line and comes with several modules such as an inlet unit, measuring unit, splitting arrangement and an outlet unit.
