The Frontmatec flame-off singer is a fully automatic ignition system with an integrated leak-test procedure and a flame detection instrument for a safe and reliable operation, and even singeing of carcasses.
As a standard, the flame-off singer fueled with propane or natural gas at a pressure of 0.6 to 4 bar/8.7 to 58 psi, has controlled low gas consumption and accuracy. The flame-off singer is, on request, also available for other supply pressures.
The flame-off singer can be fitted with a flue exhauster, that envelopes the carcasses completely in flames and maintains extraction constant in the flue gas system. This makes vertical extraction on the flue duct unnecessary. Another advantageous option is the utilization of gas fumes for heating of water for the knife sterilizer or for cleaning with an additional heat recovery system.
