Efficient hair removal of hogs

From the scalding line, the pigs are automatically un-shackled directly into the Frontmatec dehairing machine designed for lengthwise, continuous introduction and dehairing of pigs. The internal construction with smooth surfaces (rollers with closed ends, insulated, stainless steel side doors, pneumatically operated by means of an open/close button) limits the chance of accumulated dirt and gives easy access for cleaning. This results in improved hygiene levels and waste minimization – in the end, improving meat quality.

Options:

The dehairing machine can be installed as a supplement to the existing dehairing machine(s), either to increase capacity or to improve dehairing effect

In case of a new installation, the machine will traditionally be installed as a double dehairing machine with opposite rotation of each pig, thus achieving the most ideal dehairing process

Central lubricating system for bearings

Hair separator for automatic disposal of the collected hair, nails, and water from the dehairing machine, as well as for recycling of water

Oritation unit at the outlet end to ensure correct placement of carcasses for easy gambrelling
