AutoMarker M1™

The AutoMarker M1™ system uses inkjet technology to print a sequential kill number and/or other information such as weight, grading class and farmer number on to the carcass, depending on version. The AutoMarker M1™ highlights are:

  • Very reliable and fully automatic inkjet marking system which ensures reliable carcass traceability
  • Together with the AutoFom™ grading system the AutoMarker M1™ provides a unique solution for optimum identification of carcasses and primals to be used for veterinary control and manual sorting, etc.
  • With improved sorting and increased access to information, the process of cutting and deboning is optimized considerably
  • Uses food brown ink that complies with international food standards and withstands both the singeing oven and the blast freezer
  • The system can be adapted to meet specific demands and needs

Reliable and fully automatic inkjet marking system

The AutoMarker M1™ is a marking and identification system, which can print a one to nine digit consecutive kill number.


The number counts one up for each printed carcass. It is possible to set up the AutoMarker M1™ to print up to 10 fixed characters in front of and/or up to 10 fixed characters behind the kill number, if applicable.


The AutoMarker M1™ is available in two versions: Stand-Alone and AutoFom™ solution.


The AutoFom™ solution of the AutoMarker M1™ becomes an integrated part of the AutoFom™ chute with mechanical guides that are mounted inside the AutoFom™ chute immediately after the AutoFom™ array. The stand-alone version is installed in a stainless steel slide under the conveyor after the gambrel table.


The stand-alone version requires minimal space making the system easy to install in the slaughterhouse, also without having to rebuild the slaughter line.
