The Frontmatec storage conveyor is an intelligent conveyor system for storage of carcasses and/or primals in the equalization chill room.
When combined with PLC and WMS, the chill room can be fully automatically operated based on classification data from the Frontmatec AutoFom, for example. It allows for an intelligent control of the chill rooms and efficient production flow of the meat plant.
The design of the storage conveyor is highly adaptable and can be easily changed to different configurations, such as a shift between carcass storage or primal cut storage.
