Replacing the manual process of cutting of the aitch bone with the AIRA aitch bone cutter, performs a consistent and uniform separation of the hams ensuring better quality and value of the hams.

The AIRA aitch bone cutter can perform the operation before or after the rod (penis) and the testicles (in case of non-castrated animals) have been removed.

The total system consists of:
